OUR STORY
流記艇仔粉自1981年起於香港仔避風塘一帶擺檔，是香港碩果僅存的粉艇之一。以往要一嚐正宗艇仔粉，您需要到香港仔與鴨脷洲交界的海濱長廊碰碰運氣；今天，流記已擁有固定泊位 — 香港仔天光墟Pier 6旁，船號B145430，隨時歡迎您上船。Lau Kee has been serving noodles from its boat around the Aberdeen typhoon shelter since 1981 — one of only two such boats left in all of Hong Kong. You used to have to try your luck along the promenade; today the boat has a fixed berth by Pier 6 at the Aberdeen Typhoon Shelter (Vessel B145430) — step aboard whenever you like.
湯底一律以大地魚乾熬製，海鮮湯鮮甜鹹香，是坊間難以品嚐到的味道。燒味由香港仔入貨，油雞由流叔自家浸泡；一碗艇仔粉，是流叔從早到晚親力親為的心機。The soup is simmered from dried plaice — sweet, savoury, a taste you won't find anywhere else. The meats are sourced in Aberdeen; the oil chicken is marinated by Uncle Lau himself. Every bowl is one man's craft, start to finish.
